At Smiles on Lawrence Dental, we pride ourselves on making your visit to the dentist a pleasant experience and are committed to providing the North York community with the best dental care possible! We are accepting new patients! 

Information for New Patients

We look forward to welcoming you to Smiles on Lawrence Dental and to working with you to ensure that all of your dental needs are met.

We recognize that each patient is different, so we will customize a dental plan just for you using modern techniques and up to date technology.

Your dental check-up will include: review of medical and dental history, a visual examination of your mouth, face and jaw, diagnostic x-rays, a gingival ‘pocket’ exam and professional cleaning of your teeth.

We will review all the findings with you and put together a comprehensive treatment plan for you.

Before Your Appointment

Please bring in all the information if you have dental insurance so that we can help you directly to bill the insurance and make it simpler for you.

Billing and Payment

We discuss the treatment plans with you in advance so that you will know what work is involved and your payment will be for your visit.  If unexpected discoveries are found during a procedure which may affect the cost and plan, we will work it out to meet your expectations.

We will submit claims on your behalf for the most insurance companies (direct insurance billing)

Cancellation Policy

Your time is important and valuable.  But if you need to cancel or change the appointment time, we would appreciate the notice 48 hours from your appointment time so that we can accommodate the space to serve other patients.

Fees

For any outstanding fees that are not covered by your insurance provider, we kindly ask that the balance is paid at the end of your appointment.

Courtesy Calls

We are pleased to provide courtesy calls to remind our patients that an appointment is approaching. Please ensure that our office has your up-to-date contact information so we can reach you prior to your appointments.
